Course FAQ's

When will I receive my course link & materials?  

For all remote online courses, the Zoom link should be part of your original confirmation email. The course materials including slide & workbooks are sent 3-5 days prior to the class start date.

Can I cancel or change the date of my class?

Must I be present for the entire class to be certified? 

In order for you to be seated for any certification examination, you must be present for the entire 16 hour block for any 2-day certification workshop. Exceptions can be petitioned to the instructor prior to class via email.

How long after class do I have to complete the test?

While it is strongly encouraged that you take the certification examination soon after completing your course, you are allowed up to 30 days to complete the certification exam.
